The look of my wedding flowers was contemporary and focused on the color “pink” -mostly bright pink. I wanted to have simple arrangements with a lot of impact. I also wanted to think outside the box and not have traditional wedding floral arrangements.
After several discussions, we decided to have four different table arrangements at the reception. The arrangements included tulips, peonies, cherry blossoms, and orchids. As time passed, I became a bit concerned about the availability of cherry blossoms and peonies in late April. To ease my concerns, Yellow Door set up a meeting with a flower supplier to discuss the likelihood of my having both the cherry blossoms and peonies at my wedding. After the meeting, I felt reassured that everything was being done to provide me with the best designs and flowers possible.
When my wedding day arrived, I as every bride was filled with excitement. When I was brought into the reception room to get a sneak peek before the guests - I was simply amazed. The flowers were stunning! They ended up being one of my favorite parts of the wedding. I received so many compliments and in many instances from people who I never would have thought would appreciate them. I am so pleased with my decision to work with Yellow Door and would highly recommend them to any one seeking great floral design.
